Pastor Kevin

Kevin grew up in New London and was licensed and ordained for the ministry at First Baptist Church. He is a 1999 graduate of Hannibal-LaGrange College and 2003 graduate of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received his Master of Divinity degree. Kevin came to FBC New London in October 8, 2006 after serving at his last pastorate in Curryville, MO.

Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and playing golf with friends.

Kevin is blessed by the support of his wife, Mary, who graduated from HLG with a degree in Computer Data Processing/Information Systems. Kevin and Mary have two children: Gavin and Ethan. Mary also enjoys serving in ministries at church, spending time with friends, reading and music.

 

First Baptist is a growing church focused on reaching others for Christ in the New London community and beyond through our local church and through missions and outreach programs.   We provide Bible study classes for all ages.  There is a blending of hymns and choruses in our worship time.   I preach and teach in an expository manner, seeking to build up the body of Christ.  We have church ministries for all age groups and interests.
