Together we can Change the Word - One Life at a Time!
The purpose of FBC's Women's Missionary Union
· Pray for missions.
· Take part in mission activities.
· Learn about mission work around the world.
· Grow spiritually toward a mission mindset.
· Participate in the work of our church and the Southern Baptist Convention.
Methods of attaining goals:
· Create Women on Mission cells for women 18 years or older.
· Form Acteen groups for teenage girls (grades 7-12).
· Teach Girls in Action sessions for elementary aged girls (grades 1-6).
· Provide Mission Friends for younger children (birth - kindergarten).
· Educate our congregation about mission opportunities (local, state, national, international)
· Introduce Southern Baptist missionaries to our local congregation.
